New wild bee paradise at the rocksresort

Wild bee paradise at Rockresort Laax Sustainable investments White Arena Group

A very unusual combination, yet easily achievable: from July 2018, guests at the rocksresort at the Laax Murschetg valley station will find an urban surf wave, a snake run, and a wild bee paradise. The idea behind it: where you take something from nature, you have to give something back. But anyone who is afraid of bee stings can breathe a sigh of relief, because wild bees do not sting.

Built in summer 2017, the Urban Surfwave will be expanded in spring 2018 with a Snake Run. This will involve building an asphalt wave trough track on the site. As the tearing up of the ground means that a piece of meadow on the rocksresort site is missing, a wild bee paradise has been created around the Snake Run, with flowers that wild bees particularly enjoy. Since wild bees do not sting, they now find their ideal home at the rocksresort and can even be admired by curious guests on the nature trail in the wild bee paradise in the "insect hotel."
