30 ski resorts, 216 kilometers of slopes, five snow parks—and I make sure it all runs smoothly. What inspires me every day? Working outdoors, the hands-on nature of the work, and the technical complexity of the facilities. No two days are alike. Unpredictable weather conditions, planning maintenance work, and the utmost care in every task. Anyone starting out here needs diligence, initiative, and the ability to handle any weather. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

The Weisse Arena Group is an integrated service provider in the tourism and leisure industry, headquartered in Laax. It comprises six wholly-owned subsidiaries and numerous brands that shape the year-round offerings in the Flims Laax Falera destination. These include mountain railways, hotels and restaurants, sports and rental shops, the LAAX School, the Freestyle Academy, as well as central departments such as Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Greenstyle. Together, we pursue one goal: to offer our guests everything under one roof and to create memorable mountain experiences.
