At rocksresort, a hotel operated by the Weisse Arena Group, various measures are continuously being implemented to promote biodiversity, including the cultivation of the organic herbal tea "rockstea."
The homemade tea blend grows on the roofs of the rocksresort houses in summer, which not only results in colorful blooms on the roofs, but also creates a habitat for insects and pollinators. The tea blend tastes especially delicious on cold winter days. During the summer, the herbs are harvested regularly, dried, and finally lovingly processed by hand. The tea blend consists of native Alpine herbs and traditional medicinal plants and comprises a total of 21 herbs. Rockstea is available at Piazza cafedeli, the Riders Hotel, the Laax tourist information office, and Ella in Flims.
