LAAX OPEN presented by Zalando: Freestyle wins – Success story continues at the world's best freestyle resort LAAX

What a freestyle festival! The 10th edition of the LAAX OPEN culminated in a spectacular finale. Thrilling live music acts alternated with breathtaking tricks in the pipe and park. Three new and three established champions raised their trophies into the clear air at Crap Sogn Gion.

Chloe Kim remains the undisputed queen of the pipe, winning the LAAX OPEN for the fifth time, followed by the beaming Scotty James, who has now won four night finals in the superpipe, and Birk Ruud, who triumphed in freeski slopestyle again this year after his 2024 victory. The coveted LAAX OPEN titles were won for the first time by young snowboard slopestyle riders Mia Brookes and Cameron Spalding, as well as Eileen Gu in freeski. All six took home the lion's share of the CHF 210,000 prize money.

However, the biggest winner is freestyle. Freestyle in all its glory, which has been lived and celebrated in LAAX for over 30 years. This was also the case at the 10th LAAX OPEN presented by Zalando. The (social) media world is still buzzing about it. The festive mood and enthusiasm of thousands of spectators will blossom again when they think back on the LAAX OPEN 2025 experience.

The live broadcast of the three FIS World Cups from LAAX on redbull.tv offers the full sporting experience. A top-quality production that is available worldwide free of charge on demand. Three 100-minute freestyle sessions from the 10th LAAX OPEN, the brilliant anniversary edition of this renowned snowboard and freeski event.
