rocksresort: Second construction phase

As one of the leading family hotels, the rocksresort places great emphasis on adventure and fun. Last summer, the rocksresort PARK was created, which includes a wild bee paradise, a snake run, and the Urban Surfwave—the perfect playground for active families who appreciate a vacation close to nature. The Weisse Arena Group is also investing in the future when it comes to accommodation: the ninth rocksresort cube, Haus K, is being built on the site of the former Freestyle Academy car park and will be ready for the 2018/19 winter season. It will offer space for around 130 beds in 22 apartments.

With the proven "buy to use and let" concept of the rocksresort and its expansion, the Weisse Arena Group also offers its guests short-term relaxation in the unique destination of Flims Laax Falera – even in summer. The expansion and the accompanying extension of the range of services also creates added value for existing apartment owners.
