After the tenth and eleventh cubes of the rocksresort were opened in 2021 on the site of the former Freestyle Academy parking lot, two more buildings followed in 2025 – House L and House M. To make room for the buildings, the Freestyle Academy was demolished and relocated to the basement on the same site. With the opening of Houses L and M, the rocksresort now comprises thirteen houses with a total of 248 apartments and 1,319 beds.
New parking options
In addition, new parking spaces were created, spread over two basement levels. These were connected to the existing parking garage for buildings I, J, and K and can also be accessed via its entrance. The parking garage opened in spring 2024.
