rocksresort: 4th Construction Stage

The rocksresort is growing

After the 10th and 11th cube of the rocksresort, House I and House J, were opened in 2021 on the site of the former car park of the Freestyle Academy, two more houses will follow by 2025; House L and House M. To create space for the houses, the Freestyle Academy will be demolished and relocated to the basement in the same place. In addition, new parking spaces will be created, distributed over two basement levels. These will be connected to the existing multi-storey car park of Houses I, J and K and will also be accessible through its entrance. The car park is scheduled to open in spring 2024.


With the proven “buy to use and let” concept of the rocksresort and its expansion, the Weisse Arena Gruppe enables its guests to relax in the unique destination of Flims Laax Falera even in the short term – and in summer too. With the expansion and the accompanying extension of the offer, added value is also created for already existing flat owners.


As a member of Design Hotels™, the rocksresort impresses with timeless architecture, unique living culture, regional materials and a special lighting concept. However, the cubic buildings made of solid Vals quartzite are not only architectural avant-garde. During their construction, the focus was on responsible and sustainable use of resources and the environment. All buildings are constructed as Minergie buildings and meet the highest energy efficiency standards.
