Starting a basic vocational training program is a significant step in the lives of young people. Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of welcoming three new apprentices to the Weisse Arena Group. They are embarking on a new chapter in their lives with great curiosity and motivation—and we look forward to supporting them on this journey.
In their portraits, you can find out more about who they are, what drives them, and why they chose to do an apprenticeship with the Weisse Arena Group. We wish our new apprentices a successful start, lots of exciting experiences, and above all, lots of fun in their work!

Apprenticeship: Business Administrator EFZ
I decided to do my apprenticeship with the Weisse Arena Group because it fits well with my soccer career and allows me to continue training and playing games. Plus, the work is very varied, and I’m learning a lot of different things. Even during my trial period, I realized that I really enjoy it here. That’s why I decided to do my apprenticeship with the Weisse Arena Group.

Linus Müller
Age: 16
City: Ligerz, BE
Apprenticeship: Cable Car Mechatronics Technician EFZ
I chose the apprenticeship as a cable car mechatronics technician (EFZ) here in Laax because this profession has fascinated me since I was a child. I enjoy working with my hands, and I also really love being outdoors in the mountains. Plus, I can combine my hobbies with the apprenticeship and continue to pursue them.
Since I've always spent my ski and summer vacations in Laax, I'm very familiar with the area and feel right at home here.
Simon Diethelm

Apprenticeship: Cable Car Mechatronics Technician EFZ
I decided to pursue an apprenticeship as a cable car mechatronics technician because I’m passionate about technology and enjoy hands-on work. I especially like the combination of mechanics, electronics, and working on modern cable car systems. I also find it exciting to take responsibility for the safety of the systems and to work in a varied profession.
